It must be very disappointing for the Labor voters in Bass to have Jordan Crugnale selected to run for Labor in the Bass electorate at the next state election.
That selection will keep Bass in the hands of the Coalition.
As the people of Bass Coast Shire do not have short memories, when we had Jordan Crugnale on the shire council for four years and as Mayor it was the worst period for the council that you can imagine.
Jordan Crugnale caused disruption and stress to all residents of Bass Coast Shire in her four years. It was not a happy time for the residents, and for all residents it was a great relief when we got the good news that Jordan Crugnale was not going to run for a second term on council at a time when Jordan Crugnale’s popularity in Bass Coast Shire was zero.
I feel certain that a lot of Labor Party supporters will not vote for her. The Coalition will be feeling very happy with this selection.
