Last Wednesday I was taking a trailer of sheep to the Koonwarra market.
I stopped at the toilets in Korumburra behind Kelly’s Bakery.
When I went over the speed hump very slowly, the weight of the sheep must have been at the back and the coupling came off the ball!
The draw bar was dragging on the bitumen for about two feet.
A man immediately came to my aid, then another two came.
Thanks to these kind men they were able to put the trailer back on the ball and tighten it with stilsons for me to get to the market.
I found it a very scary incident and these men just helped without a second thought.
My grateful thanks to them.
(The trailer is now having major repairs.)
