Gippsland PHN is a Government funded primary health care organisation with a focus on supporting general practice, health planning, health system integration and commissioning of services in line with national and local health priorities.
Currently we have two Coordinator level opportunities available in Gippsland:
Coordinator Vulnerable Communities
This non-clinical full time role will coordinate a team with portfolio responsibilities of Mental Health, Alcohol and Drug, Indigenous Australians Health and other programs supporting communities experiencing vulnerability. This important role will build the capacity of the primary health sector to deliver excellent health outcomes in the community.
Coordinator Suicide Prevention
This non-clinical, full time role will lead the implementation of the Gippsland Place Based Suicide Prevention Program. Working with local
community stakeholders to contribute to the reduction of suicide rates. This important role will plan, monitor, evaluate and report on all aspects of the program.
