the-best-start-to-2014Nicole Salmon led a team to walk on the Kokoda Track last year.

WHILE some have embraced their New Year resolutions, others are already faltering.
Nicole Salmon, director of Body First Health and Fitness, understands how goal setting starting off the year right can translate into a fitter, healthier and happier lifestyle.
“This year will be like no other with more demands on business owners, mums and working women than ever before,” Nicole said.
“People are looking to set up for a successful year ahead.”
Nicole understands the stresses of juggling family, business, fitness and health and knows what a difference having a great start to the year can make.
In 2013 Nicole facilitated a group and walked the Kokoda trail after setting the goal while pregnant with her first child.
“Building on New Year energy and fresh thinking can make all the difference,” Nicole said.
“It is possible to achieve what you set your mind to.”
With this in mind Nicole has recently developed and launched the Your Best Start 2014 program for women across South Gippsland.
This program, aimed at women of all ages includes: a lifestyle journal to fast track your goals; three 45 minute action personal training sessions; and three coaching sessions to kick start your 2014.
“This is the year of shifting from making excuses to creating great results,” Nicole said.
“I am pleased to be facilitating the inaugural program in 2014 and know participants will create goals that change their year.”
