Two cars are towed from Cape Woolamai after they were impounded by police on Monday following reports of dangerous driving.
POLICE impounded two vehicles in Cape Woolamai on Easter Monday after tip-offs from the public in relation to dangerous driving in the area.
Two men had their cars seized after several calls were made to Triple Zero about their driving behaviour.
The men, both from the Healesville area had been seen speeding and overtaking on double lines prior to the impound occurring.
Senior Constable Paul Ventosa from San Remo Police intercepted the vehicles where the driver’s admitted to driving dangerously.
Their vehicles were impounded for 30 days and they will receive a summons in relation to other driving offences.
