Real estate identity Pat Barry is back in Inverloch, under the banner of Southcoast First National, promoting everything the popular seaside town has to offer, including these new allotments on Venus Street.
ONE of the most enduring figures in local real estate circles, Pat Barry, has re-emerged following a brief lay-off, after relinquishing control of a real estate firm in Wonthaggi.
He has now joined forces with Blair Hodges at Southcoast First National, working out of the firm’s headquarters in Inverloch, but he’s certainly no stranger to the popular seaside town.
In fact, he has previously operated his own firm in the town and has quickly settled back into the groove, familiar with the most sought-after streets, where to find the best value for buyers and also what’s hot in new estates and ready-to-build home sites.
“It’s a busy office and Blair was looking for someone to share responsibility for the property portfolio which I was delighted to do,” said Mr Barry.
Pat was out around the town over the hectic Easter break, showing prospective buyers through, picking up some new listings and also promoting the new estate land on offer including the prominently located Acqua allotments on Venus Street, overlooking Anderson Inlet.
