Three age groups, Under 13s, Under 15s and Under 17s will play in two division championships and reserves to win a spot in the play-offs against other zones.
“The two grand final teams in each championship division will go on to the finals held at the Waverley Netball Centre in Melbourne on Sunday, June 28,” Netball Victoria Regional Development Manager (East) Judi Buhagiar said.
“There they will play-off against the finalists from the other five zones.
“All up there are 42 teams competing this year.
“It is an important part of the netball talent pathway, particularly for the Under 15 players.
“Lumo energy is giving $500 to the winning Under 15 championship team to help get them to Melbourne, to help with transport and uniforms.”
