WELL known agricultural machinery identity, Jason Henry, has become a major shareholder and director of the Gippsland-based farm machinery firm Traf Tractor & Machinery.
He has had 20 years; experience with Kverneland in a wholesale capacity, and in sales and proprietorships of farm machinery dealerships.
Jason will base himself in Trafalgar where the firm has a retail outlet which operates in conjunction with a dealership in Maffra.
Company director, Murray Tuck, said the firm had future growth opportunities and was making changes to ensure it provided the best possible service to its customers.
“These changes will see our organisation work on continuous improvement to customer service ensuring clients receive the best in reliability and performance of their machinery,” he said.
Traf T&M began in 2003 with seven staff members after purchasing Swinglers Rural Machinery.
It now has 28 employees and markets in an area of 41,000 square kilometres in south east Victoria.
Its partners, Case IH, Lely and Kuhn, are three of Australia’s leading agricultural franchises.
Traf T&M’s new partner
