WELL known agent John O’Connor has reunited with his former colleague Lindsay Powney at Insight Real Estate.
Lindsay said he was pleased to bring John back into the industry.
“I would like to welcome John back into real estate as a highly valued addition to our team.
“John brings over 25 years of real estate experience in local communities to our office.
“We are delighted to have John on board to meet our growing demands.”
Partner Robyn Powney agreed John will be a great acquisition to Insight Real Estate.
“I have observed and admired what John has achieved in the past, not only in the real estate field, but also in his extensive community involvement.
“John’s expertise can only strengthen our successful business, ensuring we continue to provide the best service possible to our clients.”
John said he’s glad to be back doing what he loves after a brief retirement.
“A fortnight ago the doorbell rang and it was Lindsay. He and Robyn offered a flexible situation that suits me – I’ll be pretty much full time – so I decided to have another go.
“Real estate is something I’ve always enjoyed. I love the photography and presenting a property and its story on the internet.
“I know what works in terms of advertising and marketing, and I love matching people with the right property to help them achieve what they want to achieve.
“I get great satisfaction out of that. Once I said yes to Lindsay, sat down here in the office, I realised I still have that fire in the belly to make a sale.”
While Insight is based in Leongatha, it has no boundaries.
“We’re active in Leongatha and all of the surrounding towns, and Lindsay and I have always sold a few farms a year so we’re looking to list some more,” John said.
“This office (in McCartin Street) is in a great location. There’s a lot of foot traffic and the window is really working well.
“If you’d like your property in the window, I’d love to take your call.”
