The rapid spread of Cakile maritime ‘Sea Rocket’ is very worrying.
It has invaded the coast line from the Powlett River estuary all the way to Anderson Inlet in just a very short space of time.
Is there anything that the community can do to halt its rapid spread?
Maybe weeding parts – it is far too much for just one person to manage.
It would be good if we could somehow prevent it from becoming as rampant as blackberry, ivy or lantana in Queensland.
