A STOLEN car used in a burglary in the early hours of Sunday, July 2, was torched shortly afterwards.
Police and local firefighters were called to an address on Bear Street, Inverloch, at around 4.40am where a silver Toyota Kluger was found alight.
Earlier in the night, the stolen car had been used in a burglary at the Inverloch Childcare Centre in Williams Street at 2.30am.
The car was stolen on Friday night from a property on Broome Crescent, Wonthaggi.
