ELDERS Real Estate Korumburra/Leongatha took out three awards last week at the Elders Real Estate Annual Awards.
Real estate sales executive, Jean O’Loughlin and sales support officer, Katrina Griggs represented the team at the gala event held at the Woolshed in Docklands, Melbourne.
Katrina Griggs was awarded Real Estate Sales Support person of the year for 2017, an amazing achievement for anyone but even more impressive when Katrina has only been in the industry for one year.
Don Olden and Jean O’Loughlin were awarded with the highest accolade of Elite Sales Agent Status for 2017.
Such accolades were welcomed by Real Estate manager, Don Olden.
Mr Olden said their success is accredited to the support of a great team.
“The awards based on performances for the past 12 months seem to be the result of excellent teamwork,” he said.
“Elders is a strong brand and one that is widely recognised throughout the South Gippsland and Bass Coast region.”
Ms O’Loughlin said it’s a strength that has allowed the Korumburra/Leongatha team to go further and achieve more.
“Loving what you do and hard work is key, but without a strong team, you can’t do it all on your own. We are really lucky to have the team that we do and excellent clients that keep coming back to us.
“Happy clients create referral business and that’s the platform Elders Korumburra/Leongatha has been striving towards.
“To have one of our support team members be recognised at the recent awards night is just proof on what a great job she has done and how much she has contributed to Don’s and my growth in the business,” Ms O’Loughlin said.
Ms Griggs said she was very surprised on the night and very excited to have won such an award.
“It makes me feel really appreciated and drives me to work harder and continue on my path with the Elders
Korumburra/Leongatha real estate team.”
