THE Korumburra Croquet Club AGM and presentation was held on May 19, when Helen Checkley and Betty Thomson received the big awards.
Life member Wilma Walls presided over the election of office bearers which saw president Helen Checkley and secretary Joan Hopkins returned to their positions.
The AGM was followed by the normal meeting and the presentation of the trophies.
The Barbara Waterland Memorial Trophy for the most hoops was presented to Betty Thomson by Helen Patching.
The club championship trophy was presented to Helen Checkley by the 2017 winner Joan Hopkins.
The club has had some recent success at tournaments with Joan Hopkins and Kath Willems (Drouin) winning their section at the Drouin Doubles tournament which was held on May 12 and 13.
The previous week, Ruth Cashin won her section at the Warragul Singles Tournament.
Play will no doubt continue over the winter months, weather permitting.
