There was plenty of action at the Lang Lang Rodeo at the weekend, including many happy dogs after getting over the bar in the Hughie Bourke Memorial dog high jump. mm261719
THE Lang Lang Rodeo attracted hundreds of people to the small community on Easter Monday for a day of non-stop action.
The Hughie Bourke Memorial Dog High Jump was among the favourites with the crowd – with plenty of laughter as dogs big and small tried to jump their little hearts out.
And as always, there were rough riders competing in bareback riding, steer roping, steer riding, and the bull ride. Plus, there was the pony bareback for the younger riders.
The arena shows were complimented by a range of food stalls, carnival activities, and more. The rodeo’s been running since 1944.
We are the retailers for Akubra hats in South Gippsland and would like to attend the next Rodeo
We would like to sell them from our 3x3m marquee
Please advise with costs and details
Thanks
