A BRAND-new Hotondo display home has opened in Inverloch.
The 26sqm home with four bedrooms opened on Saturday, with the Somerset 233 featuring double glazing windows throughout.
The coastal Hamptons look on the corner allotment also complements the nearby beach areas.
Hotondo Homes Inverloch’s Directors Trent and Caroline Allen welcomed groups of people to the home consistently throughout the weekend.
“This display home gives people a great idea of the finishes, as well as sizing,” Trent said.
The open plan living area, which flows on from the kitchen and breakfast bar, means there’s plenty of room for the whole family.
“It’s great to be able to look at a house on paper, but being able to walk through can help with working out how much room you need.
“Often we find people think they need more room than they actually do.
“We will work with clients to build a home which suits their needs and their budget.”
Caroline said it’s their first dedicated display home in ten years.
Trent and Caroline have been building in the local area for 21 years.
The display home is ideally located in the Parklands Estate at 82 Cuttriss Street, Inverloch.
The house is open on Thursdays and Fridays from 1pm to 3pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 3pm – or by appointment.
