ARE you thinking about moving to, or investing in, Regional Victoria?
You can learn more about regional living and investing at one of the upcoming free Metricon Regional Vic Showcases where you’ll hear why it’s a great time to live and invest in Regional Victoria.
Metricon’s assembled a team of regional experts and guest speakers to share insights and experiences so you can make an informed decision about escaping the big smoke or getting a foothold on the regional Victorian property ladder.
Nerida Conisbee, Chief Economist at REA Group, will delve into Regional Vic’s property market including hotspots, growth areas and why relocating or investing regionally make sense.
Dean Ipaviz, presenter on ABC’s Escape from the City, and a regional living convert, will share his insights and advice for relocating and building regionally.
Mark Attard, Director Finance Path, will answer finance questions including interest rates, affordability, and the steps needed to get you into your new home or property investment.
Chris Carroll, Director and Author TLC Interiors will be the special guest host for the sessions.
You will also hear from a Metricon customer who has recently built their Regional Victorian home and have the opportunity to ask all of our panellists’ questions.
All you need to do is choose the seminar most relevant to your area of interest.
