I appreciated Norm Fraser’s letter in last week’s (February 11) Sentinel-Times.
He reminds us that life in Australia, and South Gippsland, “isn’t perfect but is better than any other place on the planet”.
Norm suggests that with China rapidly increasing its number of coal-fired power stations, anything Australia does [in] regards [to] carbon emissions is dwarfed into insignificance and, perhaps China will be convinced to change their ways by alarmists protesting in China, or maybe in front of their embassies.
Maybe climate change is happening and possibly it is a bad thing, maybe, but one plan to make the most of living in this blessed country.
