LONG time Inverloch local Fiona McMahon-Hughes and her family are set to open a new real estate business as part of the Ray White Group.
Led by Fiona, the new Ray White Inverloch family team is set to officially open its doors as the newest members of the Ray White Group family on July 1, 2020.
Making up the team is Fiona’s father Kevin McMahon and her daughter Olivia Hughes. Between the three they are bringing more than four decades of real estate and business experience to the people of Inverloch.
With Ray White being a long established and successful family-owned and led business, it was an easy decision for Fiona to join their group.
“The family aspect obviously correlates with our values which are very much centred around family and community,” Fiona said.
“We see this as an extension of our philosophy of community involvement. Our whole family has long been involved in local businesses, service clubs, sporting groups and community organisations.
“It is a combination of this local knowledge and experience together with our strong focus on customer service that will enable us to achieve this goal.”
Fiona said that whether they were buying, selling or renting, clients could be assured that Ray White Inverloch would always be there to help them make informed decisions.
“Backed by the support, systems and processes of the Ray White Group and with the team’s own high standards of service we aim to bring a whole new level of professionalism to the Inverloch district real estate scene,” she said.
Inverloch is located approximately 150kms south-east of Melbourne and is a well-known holiday destination as well as a favourite retirement town. But more recently Fiona said, lots of young people and families had moved to the area attracted by the beautiful natural environment as well as good schools, kindergartens and other services.
“Our town is well serviced by a range of excellent cafes, restaurants and shopping opportunities making it a great place for both holiday and permanent living. We also have award- winning wineries and fantastic local pubs,” she said.
“For this reason, we are seeing a diverse group of buyers moving into the town from holiday makers to retirees and young people.”
Ray White Victoria/Tasmania CEO Stephen Dullens warmly welcomed the Inverloch team to the group.
“With Ray White being a 118-year-old family-owned and led business, it’s always a thrill to welcome genuine family offices to our group and with three generations working together under the one roof, the Inverloch team certainly meet this criteria,” Mr Dullens said.
“We’re excited to support their team to provide the absolute best outcomes for their clients.”
To celebrate the launch of their new Ray White franchise, the team will be giving one lucky Inverloch resident the chance to win a car. To enter the competition, book in a residential, permanent or holiday rental appraisal through Ray White Inverloch and go in the draw to win a Suzuki Baleno.
