The man died at the scene.

While this is sad and tragic it is not surprising. Was nearly run off the road yesterday near Almuta by a white 4wd speeding around a bend in the middle of the road. Driver swerved onto the verge to miss me. Had nowhere to go in my small hatch but avoided being hit as I was doing less than the limit so could brake. They continued on, speeding away, as they no doubt do daily until one day they won’t any more.
