THE Stiletto Groove will be performing a free concert on Saturday, January 9 in the Lions Club of Inverloch’s new sound shell in the Glade.

The concert begins at 6pm, and you need to bring your own picnic rug or folding chairs. The organisers, the Lions Club, will be observing social distancing protocols for everyone’s safety. The Lions will be selling sausages and soft drinks.

The Stiletto Groove is an Inverloch-based band which has been entertaining the local community for many years. They have played for audiences throughout Australia and overseas including many performances in Switzerland. The show is entertaining and slick, and they encourage the audience to join them in singing along to the music from their expansive repertoire.

If you ask the Stiletto Groove members – Tina, Gay, Phil and Graeme what their most valued memories are of touring, they would say performing at the Beatles’ iconic venue the Cavern Club in Liverpool, England or perhaps Jerry Lee Lewis’ Café & Honky Tonk in Beale Street, Memphis, Tennessee.

But it is the local shows that they love the most as it gives them the opportunity to invite their talented family members to join them on stage. Every January the band look forward to playing to locals and holiday makers alike at the Inverloch Glade, all made that much more special this coming January as the new sound shell is complete and ready to showcase the signature sound of the Stiletto Groove.
