WITH over a decade in the industry, Victoria Wolk was super excited to be the founder of NIKA Real Estate – a business created from heart.

After many years in the local market, Victoria wanted to step out of traditional, office-based roles and break the norm of the real estate industry.

Having been close friends for years, it was obvious for Di Abrahamson to join the NIKA team. Victoria and Di make a strong and approachable team and are developing their new-age values in a growing market.

They both believe in friendly communication, exceptional service and finding your property’s true value.

Victoria said starting NIKA helped liberate her business style.

“The thing is, for us, it’s not about becoming the number one agent in the area in terms of volume. It’s about becoming the number one agent in terms of best results. Our focus is customer service, to guarantee an enjoyable and stress-free experience for both buyers and sellers, and to ensure our clients become lifelong clients,” Victoria said.

“Emphasis will always be on quality rather than quantity; relationships rather than remuneration and making sure our clients feel like priorities not transactions.

“When people make the big decisions, we want to hold their hand along the way.

“Our aim is to produce a quality marketing campaign that will produce the best results,” Victoria said.
Di agrees.

“The thing I’ve found with working in a small town is that getting to know your clients, you often become friends and separate to business, that part of the community is something we both value,” Di said.

The pair have years of experience in the area.

“One of our strengths is our experience and being able to handle different situations,” Vic said.

In Nika’s short term of four months, the pair haven’t set out to conquer the market, yet they have found a trusted name in Bass Coast.

“We’re a small business and we’re happy to stay a small business. We have grown since starting and have welcomed dog Bruno into the NIKA family,” Victoria said.

NIKA is new-age and are very easy to get in contact with.

“We work from home and that gives us freedom and flexibility to work around our clients’ needs,” Di said.

“We’re both motivated and we work as a team,” Di said.
