WINTER is on the way, but between feature music events at the Archies Creek Hall and more intimate affairs in the warmth of the Archies Creek Hotel,  Caravan Music is continuing to bring some great local and Australian artists to the Creek.

And Kutcha Edwards is both – a great local and Australian talent.

His beautiful sounds have been echoing throughout the hills recently as he embarks on releasing a new album in the not-too-distant future.

And he’s set to entertain at Archies on Friday, May 28.

“Here at Archies, we are truly fortunate to experience an exclusive preview of his new recordings on May 28,” said Peter Foley.

“It will be a special night to remember, so come take the time to sit in the circle and share in the conversation.

“Band Members on the night will include South Gippsland locals Marcus Satchell, Colin Matthews, our very own Caravan family member Andy Stewart and Dean Roberts as well as Melbourne musicians Brent Quirk and Tom Lynch.”

Tickets on sale now!

“As part of our intimate run of shows in the pub over the colder months, we are excited to welcome Mick Turner of the legendary Dirty 3 and singer songwriter guitarist Helen Franzmann (McKisko) on Friday, June 11.”

COVID isolation and lockdown has been responsible for a major burst in creativity and these two musicians from two different states collaborated together over the Internet to form ‘Mess Esque’ and put out two albums together.

Mick is no stranger to Archies Creek, or Bass Coast for that matter being a regular visitor to the area in his younger days and also as a performer at the hotel when it was previously known as ‘Archies Couch’.

Tickets are on sale for this gig now too, but are sure to sell out fast: https://www.archiescreekhotel.com.au/music
