WONTHAGGI police have confirmed missing Kilcunda man Douglas Churchill has been found safe and sound, after being missing since Sunday, June 6.


The community is urged to keep an eye out for Kilcunda man Douglas Churchill, who has been missing since Sunday (June 6) afternoon.

Douglas was last seen at his address in Kilcunda and his 2001 white Ford ute is also missing.

Sergeant Steve Forrest confirmed that police are conducting searches in the Kilcunda and Bass Coast area after receiving reports.

“We’re actively following up inquiries and we would be grateful for any information,” Sgt Forrest said.

“We’re well aware and are out looking.”

Sgt Forrest said concerns were held for Douglas as his disappearance is very unusual, and no medical conditions were believed to be involved.
