Bride to be, Kara Davison celebrated her forthcoming July 2021 wedding.

A LIFE so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered.

It is with deepest sorrow that Kara Davison’s family announce her passing.

Thirty-year-old Kara Davison of Meeniyan peacefully passed away on Saturday, October 30, surrounded by her loved ones.

After succumbing to her four-month battle with lung, liver and bowel cancer, Kara leaves behind a legacy of love in her beautiful family, with husband Tom Davison, children Aymeline and Zorana and twins Alaska and Zariella.

The family mourn the passing of their wife and mother and thank everyone for their love and generosity during this difficult time.

Kara’s devasting diagnosis in July 2021 meant an immediate fight for her survival. Kara remained courageous in the face of something so terrifying and displayed fierce strength in her battle to remain with her loved ones. Kara will be forever loved and remembered by so many.

The Davison and Smith family send their sincere appreciations to everyone who has so generously donated to the GoFundMe page – ‘Davison’s Fight for a

Future’ since Kara’s diagnosis and sent their words of kindness, encouragement and support throughout Kara’s battle.

The GoFundMe page will continue to assist Tom and the children during this difficult period. The cash drop at Meeniyan Pharmacy and IGA account in Meeniyan will remain in place; the family also plans on opening a trust for the children’s future.

Kara Davison’s funeral will be held on Friday, November 12, at 1.30pm at the Meeniyan Football Oval for anyone who would like to pay their respects. The family asks if all attendees would please show proof of their double COVID-19 vaccination upon arrival.

Refreshments and light catering will be served after the service.

Kara’s funeral will be livestreamed by Handley Funeral Services for those who are unable to attend. Visit handleyfuneralservices.com.au.
