ALEX Scott & Staff Wonthaggi has welcomed a new and dynamic property management team.
Local ladies Bernie Vuillermin and Mandy Bowler have joined Chloe McRae in the growing team, as rental demand continues to soar.
They all bring their respective strengths to the team, with Bernie’s conflict settlement, Mandy’s customer service skills and Chloe’s compassion and understanding.
Bernie, who grew up in Yanakie, has seven-and-a-half years’ experience in property management, having previously worked in the city, in commercial management in Toorak, followed by residential management in Elsternwick.
“But I just wanted to come back home – back to the country,” she said from Alex Scott & Staff’s Wonthaggi office last week.
Her father, Brian Vuillermin, has worked for Alex Scott & Staff for 18 years.
“I also wanted to bring in new business, and continue to get out there and meet clients.”
Mandy brings her extensive local knowledge and customer service skills to the team, having previously worked in reception in the Wonthaggi office.
“We all bring something different to the group; we listen to each other’s views – take them on board – and bounce off one another,” Mandy said.
“We regularly sit down and discuss the week that was to look at what has been happening and how we can continue to provide the best possible service.”
Due to increase rental demand locally, and across regional areas
generally, it is a great time to ask for a property appraisal.
“Sometimes people don’t realise how much they could be getting for their property, so we encourage people to shop around and see what’s on offer,” Chloe McRae, originally of West Creek, said.
Alex Scott & Staff’s management fee is all inclusive; it is the ‘Delight Deluxe’ package.
“Feel free to come in and see us; our door is always open,” Chloe said.
All of the staff at Alex Scott & Staff are well-respected, knowledgeable and stay up to date with legislation changes.
The sales and rental teams also work hand in hand to streamline the buying, selling and renting processes.
The Wonthaggi office recently welcomed Paige Chambers, daughter of Alex Scott & Staff real estate agent Mick Chambers, who only started two weeks ago in reception but is already doing a wonderful job.
Alex Scott & Staff has offices across the district, from Warragul to Pakenham, over to Cowes and down to Venus Bay.
And with strong branch connections, it means all rental providers and clients are well looked after.
The group is a strong supporter of the local community; they’re a major sponsor of the West Gippsland Football Netball Competition, as well as supporting a variety of sporting groups and events from across the district.
“We’re community-minded; we’re family. That’s what Alex Scott & Staff is all about,” Chloe said.
