SATURDAY, February 26, marks the 114th Foster & District Agricultural Show.

Back in person and better than ever, there are a few changes to the 2022 show, including the return of some favourites like the beloved exhibit shed.

The stadium is still in the midst of renovations, so organisers have introduced a fabulous marquee. The marquee will host presentations for the on-farm dairy/beef and silage quality/bale art challenges, sheep exhibition and leaders in agriculture seminar.

The engaging exhibits will be on display in the exhibit shed again for everyone to enjoy. The shed interior has had a revamp thanks to the Regional Ag Show Development Grant and lots of hard work from show committee members so it will be fresh to feature your prized entries.

The RSL of Foster are so keen to see the community’s best ANZAC biscuits and crafted Flanders Poppies that they have provided extra generous prize money for the best exhibits in these classes. Children’s exhibition sections will be included in the exhibit shed, instead of the stadium.

Hopefully we will see some scrumptious scones, fantastic floral art, and the most unusual of garden produce on Saturday, February 26, 2022.
