COWES couple and avid travellers Aga and Darek Pyka are looking forward to taking off on an adventure after winning a $5000 Flight Centre voucher from Wonthaggi Mitsubishi.
Before that trip, they’ll hit the road for Perth in the Mitsubishi Outlander ‘Black Edition’ that put them in the running for the prize.
The competition ran over a two-month period, with everyone buying a new or demonstration model Mitsubishi going into the draw.
Loyal customers Aga and Darek who have bought cars from the dealership previously intended to purchase a used vehicle but were swayed by the offer of 10 years capped price servicing and a 10-year or 200,000km warranty on the new Outlander.
Having seen most parts of Australia, the pair originally from Poland, are excited about venturing to Perth, not having yet made it to Western Australia.
As for the voucher, a trip to New Zealand has been on their minds, but they are now contemplating heading to Hawaii.
Aga explained what draws her and Darek to Wonthaggi Mitsubishi.
“It’s close and it’s good service, and we have James,” she said, referring to sales manager James Chetcuti and pleased to have supported a local business rather than one in Melbourne.
