Phillip Island Golf Club is seeking to appoint an experienced administration officer / bookkeeper to deal with internal / external enquiries and the accurate maintenance of the Club’s financial records.

This diverse position involves the processing of Creditors / Debtors / Payroll / Asset Register and Membership transactions. It reports directly to the Club’s Treasurer.

The successful applicant will have proven experience in the use of Xero accounting and Square point-of-sale software to maintain accurate business records and the timely production of monthly trading and year-end financial reports.

The successful applicant must have the ability to work with minimal supervision as an effective member of the Club’s in-house team and to complete all assigned responsibilities in a courteous and enthusiastic manner.
