Worth Every Dollar Seminar a success

THE WORTH Every Dollar Seminar hosted by Bass Coast Shire Council last Thursday at the Phillip Island Vineyard and Winery was a huge success.

The seminar focused on working smarter and growing a business with purpose. 70 attendees from a diverse mix of industries attended from designers, artists, start-ups, construction, accountants, photographers to tourism operators, creators, event organisers, and wellness/fitness professionals.

Keynote speaker Alexis Guttridge shared valuable insights, emphasising that “from action comes opportunity”—encouraging attendees to step outside their comfort zones and embrace new challenges.

The session was highly interactive, with the whole room jumping up to connect with activities like speed networking to get businesses talking about what they do and why it’s important.

Together, attendees explored ways to elevate their businesses and find new ways to enhance their offerings.

Attendees Said:
“Thank you for the opportunity and the fabulous day!”
“The connecting and collaboration were amazing!”
“Thank you for putting on such a great event and getting people together.”

The energy in the room was truly contagious, and the BCSC can’t wait to do it all over again at their next event.

The BCSC are holding a follow up online workshop Creative Income, on Tuesday March 4, to put what Alexis spoke about into practice. The workshop is open to everyone to attend, let the BCSC know if you would like to RSVP a place.
