ITALY’S Nicolo Bulega made it three in this weekend’s rounds of the 2025 MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship, holding off Alvaro Baltista (Spain) and Andrea Iannone (Italy) in the final race at Phillip Island’s world-famous GP track.

Bulega cleared out to an early lead from pole and there was no catching him as other riders fought out positions on the podium with Baltista ultimately coming through Iannone in the last few laps to snatch second.

For locals, there was to be no fairy take for Remy Gardner who walked away from a crash mid-race.

The weather was superb all weekend, if a little hot on Saturday, and showed off the spectacular coastal circuit at its stunning best.
