POLICE would like to thank the Korumburra and Leongatha communities for their support over the past week assisting in identification of offenders responsible for the theft of motor vehicles and property.
Earlier this morning police executed a search warrant in Korumburra where a number of stolen cars and property were recovered which resulted in the arrest of two people.
Ongoing inquiries are being made in relation to the whereabouts of a third offender.
“It’s a timely reminder to lock your homes, vehicles and personal belongings,” a spokesperson for Bass Coast police said.
“We encourage the public to please report any suspicious behaviour immediately to police.”
