A 14-YEAR-OLD offender from Leongatha appeared in Wonthaggi Children’s Court today and has been remanded to appear before the court next month for sentencing.
It’s alleged the individual was responsible for a string of offending in Bass Coast and South Gippsland.
A second 14-year-old offender from Wonthaggi remains on remand to appear at a later date.
“We’d like to thank the community for their patience and assistance in relation to providing information that led to the youth’s arrest,” a Bass Coast police spokesperson said this afternoon.
Bass Coast Police are reminding community members to continue reporting suspicious behaviour.
