Property Manager – Korumburra

Support & Assistance
• Assistance and support from approachable management including Head of Department Manager. 
• Ongoing training and use of established systems, a cohesive friendly work environment. 
• Great IT Services including, Property Tree, Inspection Express, Maintenance Plus and more.

• Full out of office trust accounting support.
 
Skills & Experience

• Experienced Property Manager required. 
• Current Agents Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence desirable but not essential. 
• Current Driver’s Licence.  
• Excellent customer service, time management, communication and computer skills plus a great attitude to learning and improvement. 
 
Tasks
• Day to Day portfolio management
• Leasing, processing applications
• Appraisals and new property listing
• Arrears
• Maintenance and Compliance
• Inspections (Ingoing, Routine and Outgoing)
• Business development and growth of rent roll
