AN IMPRESSIVE 127-run haul from Alex Geyer has Wonthaggi Club sitting comfortably in the two-day A1 match against Koonwarra L/RSL.
Playing at the Koonwarra Recreation Reserve, Geyer opened the batting with Mitch Thomas.
Thomas was caught by Isuru Darshana off the bowling of Nick Arnup after four runs, but the Cougars’ fielding side had more difficulty slowing down Geyer.
