ON WEDNESDAY November 2, talented St Laurence O’Toole Primary School student Reaghan Van Dillen competed at the State Primary Schools’ Athletic Championships in nine/10-year-old girls’ high jump
In a close encounter with three other girls at Lakeside Stadium in Melbourne’s Albert Park, Reaghan was able to clear 1.30m and claim the win!
An amazing achievement for the young athlete no doubt inspired by Leongatha Olympian and current world champion Eleanor Patterson, Reaghan is now state primary schools champion in her age group.
