The Wonthaggi Club members recognised for long service

1 min read

THE Directors and staff of The Wonthaggi Club are always pleased and proud to acknowledge significant milestones in club membership. Recently, the club celebrated the long-serving membership of several well-known members, thanking them for their loyalty and contributions.

In particular, the club honoured Terry Pryor, who became the 17th member to reach 60 years of membership, and George Scott, who notched up 50 years with the club. Both milestones are remarkable achievements that reflect a deep commitment to the club community.

This celebration also marked a historic moment as service awards were given to lady members for the first time, commemorating 20 years since women were admitted as full members.

The board of directors, joined by life members, presented the awards and acknowledged these significant milestones in membership. Congratulations to all who received an award for their dedication and service to The Wonthaggi Club.
