Receptionist / Assistant Property Manager

Leongatha | Part-Time Opportunity 
 
Elders is seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist / Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Leongatha. This is a great opportunity to be part of a well-established and respected real estate business, providing essential support to our real estate team.

About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Your responsibilities will include:
• Reception duties – answering calls, greeting clients, and managing enquiries
• General office administration – daily banking, mail handling, invoice processing
• Providing administrative support to the Property Management team

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A positive and professional approach to customer service
• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (desirable but not essential)
• Year 12 completion or equivalent experience
