Receptionist / Administration

Ray White Leongatha are currently looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our team on a part time basis.

What you can look forward to is being welcomed into a well known and highly respected team. 

You will manage all aspects of General administration and reception duties including assisting both the rental and sales departments. Previous administration experience is desired, however, we are more interested in individuals who have the right attitude. 

Your duties will include: 
• Delivering exceptional customer service; 
• Answering calls & directing walk-in enquiries 
• Updating marketing material
• General administration duties

To succeed in this role you’ll have: 
• A current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (or be willing to obtain one ASAP) 
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills 
• High levels of professionalism 
• The ability to manage and prioritise your time 
• A valid drivers licence
