Inverloch’s eroding coastline

1 min read

INVERLOCH’S eroding coastline is more than a local issue – it’s a crisis.

Our surf lifesaving club, vital for public safety, is on the verge of being washed away.

The Allan Labor Government’s plan to act by 2040 is unacceptable.

We need action now, not promises for the distant future.

Other coastal towns have successfully protected their shores with engineering solutions.

Why is Inverloch left to suffer?

Our community’s safety, economy, and future are at stake.

The Allan Labor Government must listen to Inverloch residents and act immediately to save our beach and surf club.

Endless reports and discussions won’t hold back the tide.

It’s time for concrete action to preserve our coastal heritage and ensure the safety of residents and visitors alike.

The Nationals have launched a petition, and we urge you to support it – https://www.parliament.vic.gov.au/get-involved/petitions/save-the-inverloch-surf-lifesaving-club-and-surf-beach-from-coastal-erosion/

Labor can’t manage our coastlines, and Inverloch continues to pay the price.
