LEONGATHA’S Gemma Meadley, Casey Demons, has been named in the state’s top 25 netballers in the 17/U age group for Netball Victoria’s high-performance program in preparation for the 2025 National Netball Championships.
The top 100 players announced last month have been reduced to squads of 25, who will be invited to participate in Netball Victoria’s high-performance program, Elevate, over the coming weeks. The program provides athletes with targeted physical preparation before they’re again narrowed down to the teams of 12 set to compete at the National Netball Championships next year. The Victorian state teams will be announced in December.
