Why Friday will be the best day at the Grand Prix
Australian Jack Miller, presently in 9th place on the GP standings, is bound to attract a lot of interest across the weekend and not without a chance of a podium finish on Sunday.

ALL is in readiness for a big day of practice for the Guru by Gryfyn Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix at the spectacular Phillip Island GP Circuit.

There are seven sessions of on-track action, starting at 9am, and the weather for the day could hardly be better, “partly cloudy” with daytime temperatures ranging between 24 degrees and 29 degrees.

There is the chance of a thunderstorm in the afternoon and evening but there will be light winds through the day, turning from the northwest to northeasterly at 15 to 20 km/h in the morning then tending east to northeasterly in the evening.

Likely to attract a lot of interest across the weekend is Australia’s Jack Miller of Red Bull KTM Factory Racing, not without a chance of at least a podium finish at his home GP.
