Play Well South Gippsland Soccer – Come and Try is the perfect chance to give soccer a go in a fun, supportive and welcoming environment.
This event is proudly run in partnership with the Gippsland Soccer League.
It will be held at Mirboo North Secondary College from 5.30pm to 7pm on Thursday, February 21.
The event is aimed at participants in U12s, U15s and open age.
No experience?
No worries!
This session is all about learning new skills, making new friends and having fun – whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned player.
Participants are also welcome to stick around afterwards for a free barbecue and a chance to connect with other girls and women who love the game.
“This opportunity has been made possible through the Australian Sports Commission Play Well grant, which the South Gippsland Shire Council was successful in receiving. With the support of GippSport, there will be AFL and cricket come and trys in the following months,” GippSport program officer Emma Foley said.
