Netball fun for all
On Sunday, June 18,
Leongatha & District Netball Association hosted their annual 11 and under Fun Day.
The day consisted of 21 teams from around Gippsland.
The day brings our young up and coming super stars from across the Gippsland region to hone their skills, demonstrating great skills, teamwork and sportsmanship while having some netball fun on and off the court.
The day also includes developing umpires to participate and can get the feel for a tournament without being overwhelmed.
This day is not possible without our wonderful volunteers of the LDNA Committee, umpires, coaches, canteen helpers, our awesome Coffee Hot Spot and our first aid attendant Lisa Burge.
Plus, a thank you to the parents and spectators who come along and support the kids.
