Final Longboard comp for the PIBC 24/25 season

1 min read

THE fourth and final longboard round of the 2024/25 season for the Phillip Island Boardriders Club (PIBC) went down in style on Saturday, March 29, with Right Point delivering fun waves and classic longboard conditions.

Competitors of all ages brought big energy, smooth surfing, and plenty of stoke to the iconic break, as the club wrapped up a memorable season of longboarding.

The club gave a special shoutout to PIBC Longboard Coordinator Nala Taylor for her tireless work coordinating the longboard series all season, and to her support team and the many volunteers who helped all through the season.

While the longboard comp season has officially wrapped, the overall champions for 2024/25 will be crowned at the highly anticipated PIBC Presentation Ball in October.

Thanks go out to the generous sponsors of Longboard 4: Rip Curl Phillip Island, Carly Meade Creative, Creatures of Leisure, Otis Eyewear, and Sophie Fletcher Designs.

And to photographers Craig Anderson and Bryden Banks, who captured the surfing from the headland.
